I would recommend letting the painter use what he likes to work with best. Most brands have good top line paints and painters get used to working with one brand. Best not to make him work with a pain

I paint my own because I'm cheap. I have found Spies Hecker to be very good. Used to do their lacquer, now single stage urethane. Biggest cost was remote air mask system. Regards, Gary B9472283
