I believe in order to Powder Coat the wire wheel correctly you'll have to first, disassemble the entire wheel. This means removing the spokes from the hub and the rim. then mask the threads on each

I have no experience with powder coating but understand it to be a very durable coating. I myself spray a fresh coat of paint on the wheels every year (four years). I use the Eastwood silver because;
