The PanaSport Lites (racing) usually have "Not for highway use" or words to effect engraved on the outer rims and are not DOT approved for street use. I'm not sure of other differences, but it would

Just a note on Panasport wheels -- I think this only applies to the 14" wheels. You cannot use the supplied center cap on the front of the roadster without removing the dustcap from the front hub. I
