Rather than try to find an original, I enlarged the hole in the housing to accept a small socket assy I found at the local auto parts store. It took an easy to find bulb, too. This was years ago, so

You will also get much better results if you supply ground wire for the bulb returns, rather than depending on making the ground connection thru the long lens securing screws. After looking at it I w
