I am installing a radio console which came out of either a Sprite or a Midget of unknown year. At the bottom left there is a red jeweled light. What was the original purpose for this light? Thanks,

That was for the ejection seat. And, of course, being a spridget the ejection was effected by a larger spring under the passenger seat a la Wiley Coyote. The Aston Martins, of course, got the explosi

The red light is located at the bottom left and the radio is to the right. The hazzard switch is directly above the red light but is located on the part of the console that slopes backward. So, does

When they converted the Sprites to left hand drive did they remember to move the ejection seat to the right side or did they just leave it where it was like the starter pull? Herb . Jeff Boatright <
