- I just read a recent post stating that "bumblebee wires" from Moss don't work for electronic ignitions. I recently installed a Pertronix Ignitor system in the TR6. I have a fairly new stock plug wire

- ... so if there is an issue with solid copper wires, such as I dont know how "educated" this is -- but I can report absolutely no ill effects from running bumblebee wires with the Ignitor electronic
