First off, did you rebuild the rocker arm assembly? If you did not, you could be getting excessive oil to the rocker gallery. You will have to provide a hook up for your cannister. It is easily done

I may have not been clear in my reply to you. That is after re reading what I wrote. The hole should be drilled in the back of the cover. The bend in the fitting would point towards the cannister. A
