The Triumph manual calls for 12-14 lbs torque for those bolts. I have a header on my TR4 and usually tighten them run the engine for a bit and then go back and loosen the nuts and retightent i them w

There is a torque and tightening sequence recommended in Autopress Ltd workshop manual for Morgans (1936-1969). (copyright 1971) The torque spec listed for TR2 is 60-65 ft-lbs while TR3/4/4A are all

Egad!! Do not attempt to tighten the manifold bolts to 100 ft-lbs. That is the setting for the head bolts as is the pattern above. According to my Autobooks Owner's Workshop Manual the correct torqu
