You can do pretty much anything you want in OSP. All it requires is a current registration, and even that is not really enforced. I know your car is on the exclusion list for SM, but I'm sure nobody

In short, OSP is D/EMod on DOT tires ;) For you, the main difference is that your boost controller is allowed in OSP but not in ASP. In OSP you can completely gut your car and do whatever you please
