- There seem to be a lot of advantages to reversing the ground on my MGA. How would one attempt this ? I guess its just not reversing the battery cables. How would you re-polarize the generator etc. ..

- 1. switch the wires on your battery so that the negative goes to 2. hook a jumper wire to the hot side of the fuse box and quickly touch the other end to the small terminal on the back of the generat

- I'm glad this discussion is starting again, just as I'm getting ready to do this. I understand that the switch requires modifying the electronic tach, but does it require any change to the fuel gauge
