- I forgot to mention that's also a relatively new PCV valve (but it won't hurt to change it anyway - they're cheap). The other end of the system would be the vent/filter in the side of the air cleaner

- Pop off the valve cover and see if the drain holes looked blocked. if they are, the thick/cold oil isn't draining and instead is getting sucked into the PCV valve (check that cover only). Maybe. :-)
