There's a guy who has two HS2 carbs with the manifold from a spitfire that I found. Will these fit on my Spitfidget 1500 engine, and are these the correct ones to use if I want to switch to SU's? If

Actually they are not, the correct ones are HS4s, which are considerably larger. (1.5 inch not 1.25 inch) HS2s were used on the Spitfire 1300 engine, but not the 1500 one. -- Trevor Boicey, P. Eng. O
