- Ah...............leather care, one could go on forever. Try neetsfoot oil (is that spelled right?, what is the foot of a neet?) anyway or good old saddle soap. Beware some of these concoctions darken

- Let's just say it was "leather cloth" as the Brits call it. About storing an engine: You can put all the oil and desiccates you want in the cylinders, what happens is that the rings stick to the bore
