The 2000 rear end in a 1600 will impair the acceleration as much as the 1600 rear end helps a 2000 accelerate faster. Maybe more with the reduced horsepower of the 1600. I think you would also find

While I hate to disagree with my friend Tom I doubt performance will be noticeably affected. The 1600 rear is 3.9 and the 2000 is 3.7. Not that much of a difference. If the spread was greater I would

Yes, it works well. I ran 4:11 then went to 4:38 and then ended at 4:62 which really put the r's high up there and of course everything wears more. If you decide to change it out nissan has the pumpk
