My BN1 radiator is held in place by rigid brackets (each corner). It seems that shock mounting the radiator would be a good idea. Is this worth the trouble? Thanks, Ben BN1

I've never heard of "shock mounting" a radiator in any of our classic cars. I've never seen or heard of problems due to them being rigid mounted. I'd say mount them as stock. Rich Chrysler -- Origina

FWIW, the E-Type are mounted on a thick rubber bushing--this could be considered "shock" mounting, I suppose. tom cars. the

Believe it or not so are the radiators on Triumph TR 3's. They have a good 1/4" or so thick rubber washer that the radiator sits on. It has a bolt that runs through it and then the radiator is secure
