The usual problem is these switches popping out simply under coolant pressure! Has a PO fitted any kind of retainer? Maybe they glued it in. You probably will loose some coolant when you finally do g

Hmmm, well, the pressure will only rise to the level of the cap, which could occur from reasons other than steam pockets. Logic dictates that the grommet should *at least* be capable of resisting cap
