- I am disassembling the rear axle and am having trouble removing the rear hub. I got the cotter pin out without incident; the 1 5/16" crown nut holding the hub to the axle shaft will not budge. I have

- The tube axle has a normal thread both sides. I had to use a 5 foot breaker bar on mine - wheel back on and on the ground with centre cap removed - before one side could be shifted. Hammering a break

- As soon as I sent the email, I went back out to fool with it and bang, both came right off. The old 'walk away for a while' worked. Also, I sprayed about 2 gallons of WD40 on each nut... Thanks again
