II have a K-D tools #2033 "Installer and Remover for Rear Main Bearing Seals (Wick or Neoprene)". This has always worked for me. It is a "Chinese Finger" . I don't remember where I purchased it. Good

You have to undo all the bearing caps, timing chains, (maybe rod caps to, I can't remember) etc. and lift the crank and put it under. (Make sure you soak it in oil.) The chinese finger tool mentione
