- This is just opinion, I don't have any real testing to back it up, but I find that soft rear springs on TR3s seem to work better. I tried stiffening the rear spring when I lowered everything on my Ch

- Sounds about right. I think the rear end of a Triumph is best left to it's own devices. I think tightening stuff up just reveals all the problems with the frame, which has all the rigidity of a pizza

- My ex works rally TR4 has uprated points in the frame at the front and at the end of the rear springs. The springs have 160 lb./in and I have the greater dampers DAS10. But also I have more weight on
