- Thanks for all the replies. It was indeed loose leaf spring "U" bolts. 1 side was very loose, the other just a little. Now what else did the DPO do that I have to find out the hard way? -- Frank Clar

- Those I checked. But what else didn't I tighten? I did not assemble the suspension, but I did redo all the brake pipes and checked out the entire system. Front end was out for paint and put together

- "Replace with some PPP'ers" I agree, and most especially if your Wheelrite kit is using the way too stiff VW tube shocks this kit comes with. Otherwise, try KYB K2R's Frank. They are a lot less stiff
