- Funny... I have a 74B also, and one of the handles seems to be frozen in place(driver's side). The passenger side works though..I would also appreciate any solutions for this problem..

- You are correct they are to adjust the seats. To be honest I have the same problem on my 74B! I have yet to try to fix them since it doesn't bother me all that much....When I owned the 71B they work
