Oil of choice in both the race cars.... absolutely top notch... I've decided that Oil has to be included in Politic's and religion as a Personal choice sorta gig... there isn't a right answer.... Kei

Hi Tom, RL MTL is a SAE 75W80 rated gear oil. RL MT90 is a SAE 75W90 rated gear oil. The MTL might be a little better for cold climates. I have used MT90 in the Healey gearbox/OD for quite a while. P

Use it in all mine. Pro - my FWD daily cars roll out of the driveway and up the road and shift easily in sub zero weather and seem to get better milage using MTL in combo with Mobil 1 in the engines.

I'd recommend MT90 it's a little thicker. I use MT90 in both my BN1 (three speed) and BJ8. It works like a champ in both. Would highly recommend this over engine oil in the gearbox. Regards, Alan '5
