I just use an old half inch wrench that I cut in half with a grinder. Works pretty well but still takes an awful lot of dexterity and skinned knuckles. Ned Paulsen

I took a small cheap thin open end 1/2" wrench and cut the handle short, leaving about 3" of total length. Also it helps to roll up your left sleeve, remove watch, etc. and come in from the front, up
