Any advice on removing the plug on the bottom of the float chamber? Apparently it is held in with barbs, not threads, and I wonder how to get it out without damaging it to change the O ring. TIA -- J

I had to do this job on my GT6. I removed the float chamber, did the repair and put it back. Sam

You should be able to just pop it out with a small flat bladed screwdriver. The prongs mainly apply pressure against the side - they don't really hook over anything. Roger Elliott
