Hmmm, You might have a point, but how do I replace the floor cheaply? Are you referring to the mounting on the back deck or the two in the floor? Is there a way that is much better? Mine are about 31

I recently replaced the belts in my '71 Midget wth some nice belts from Andover Automotive (http://www.andoauto.com) and am very pleased with them. The specific ones I bought are part number WS808B (
