It has been my experience that either (or both!) will require some fitting. The OEM type are usually lots closer to fitting than the reproduction ones. If you are not in the mood to "play" w/ fitting

No matter what the name or how they badge them, they are both repros, one by BMHT and one out of (probably) Taiwan. Both will require fitting, The British Heritage will require LESS fitting. See my

Never find how easy they are to fit, they don't last. I fitted completed front and rear asssemblies to by BGT in January 98 and all show surface rust now. One rear over rider has peel of a large sect

I think that he means the cheap and very thin black 'primer' that comes on the replacement panels as purchased. It is not suitable as a real primer as it just scratches off with a fingernail. On the
