- Right - engaging reverse gear should close the switch, anything else open it. The switch screws in to the gearbox casing and depth of engagement can affect the switch operation - if it isn't screwed

- Hi list, there are three cables coming out of the harness that point downwards toward the reverse switch. One of them was cut so I assumed it was the power to the switch. Maybe I'm wrong if so what a
