- Mike, A lot depends on what kind of rings you put in. Soft rings are already seated and the hard rings may never do so. My advise is to go for it, if they aren't broke in yet that should really help.

- Ditto! But only give them about 20 minutes then drive it like you are going to drive it. If you baby it too long you will build up a ridge, first high RPM and the rings will hit that ridge and break.
