Anyone have any experience replacing the rocker arm bushings? Vicky B & Moss both list them. Tech help at Moss was no help. He allowed as how it was probably a job for a machine shop. Mine are chewed

Not being psychic, I can only assume you are talking about an MGB? If so, we can sell you an exchange set of re-bushed rockers reamed to fit (and supplied with) a new shaft for $100 plus shipping. L

This is a job for a machine shop. The bushings have to be pressed in, an oil hole has to be drilled and reamed to size. The Machine shop will need your new shaft so they can ream the bushes to match.
