I don't think so, they're talking about 6 point roll cages and sub-frame connectors and front K-members being legal too. Jesus

SM allowances reference Street Prepared which in turn reference Stock, so IOW the stock allowances apply, AND Roll bars and roll cages may be added. It is strongly recommended that they be constructe
