I am trying to remove the front brake rotors on my Spitfire 1500. Problem is, I cant get the dust caps off. Haynes says to knock them off with a hammer, but I have only succeded in denting them. Any

I always punch a screwdriver right through them (after they refuse to come off, and I've dented them like you have), and then pry them off. Then I order new ones and..... ken shapiro baltimore 1970 G
