- Hi all, does anyone know if there is a rubber mat available to fit on the back shelf (on top of the battery cover) in a roadster? Failing that I'd like your opinions on a suitable carpet to fit there

- I cut a piece of 1/8" plywood to fit the flat section and contact cemented carpeting to it. Works great - no more problems with the mat being pushed around, folded, torn, etc. -- shelf

- The pukka carpet piece has four press-studs, one at each 'corner', to hold it in place. PaulH.

- I purchased trunk matting for the trunk and used left over for this area. It looks terrific!! Took a little time to get it all laid so it doesn't show any seams or cuts....but I would do this again
