- While I am not planning on ever breaking any kind of record in my LBC, rule 1H as does the inspection form, requires some sort of holes on the motor to put a seal(s) after a qualification run is made

- most of the time they just use a little paint but if you want to do the job correctly drill a few bolt heads for saftey wire size holes so you can't pull the heads and then change the block.. If you
