They look like the standard hs6 carbs, used on several different LBCs. They are particularly popular for use on later US models of the TR7 to replace the ZS carbs. Still uses the same bolt patterns o

According to my Haynes SU Carburettors, HS6's were used on the 240 (2.4L) series Jaguar from 1967 to 1969. The prefix should be AUD xxx and F for front or R for rear. The 1310 he refers to is the fl

Yes, the factory did fit some of their competition MGBs with HS6s and special, larger intake manifolds. For street use, they are really only the equivalent of a racing stripe on the hood, as the sto

Aren't they both inside (North American position) carbs with different manifold attaching points? Also, there's no linkage. Which, I believe is not available. Jim 69C 70B -- Original Message -- From

Look at the picture CAREFULLY. Aren't they from the same side and they don't have any linkage. They also look like they are two different carbs. Enlarge the picture and it shows them better. Jim 69C

The picture is showing one manifold side and the other on the airfilter side. So they are a front back. Unless one is a middle... Linkage is a whole other problem. Paul.
