That's one way ;-) It might be more useful to check why your throttle butterflies aren't closing. Here's how... There are several reasons why your throttles are open; the first is the easiest to fix.

Are you sure the jets are centered? If they're not, the needle could be hanging up. Try taking off the air cleaners and lifting the piston. It should drop smoothly with a definite clunk. Also...what
