The wear in the bushings and throttle shafts is nearly always asymmetric, since it comes mainly from the tension thrown off the return spring. If your ream the bushings for oversize throttle shafts,

i'd say your best bet would be to have a machinist do it. i don't think it can be done any other way. as far as i know, they have to drive them into the body and then ream them to a really close tole
