Another one comes back to life! I am sure the rotors and drums are rusty, 50 miles of cautious city driving will clean them up. Probably a brake fluid flush and rebuild kits all around wouldn't hurt.

One other question about the '68 Sprite... While it was running (for about 180 seconds total), I noticed that I was getting very little oil (almost, but not quite none) on the rockers. I was getting

Charles If it was getting oil, it should OK. It could be that a DPO switched the rocker mounts around. One of the mounts has an oil hole in it which corosponds with an oil passage drilling in the hea

FYI. To remove a pilot bushing, wrap the end of a 1/2" dowel rod with a few turns of electrical tape. Fill the hole with grease. Pound the dowel into the hole and the old pilot bearing blows out and
