Hello Tom, Yep, My '4A was set up exactly the same way. My solution was to cut the head off of the bolt with a grinder and replace it, rather than mess up the alignment. The only problem I found with

I was told the position of the trailing arm bolts was a safety feature and it was recommended that I put my bolts back the they came from the factory. Should the nut come off the trailing arm bolt,

Hi Folks When I did the trailing arm bushes on my 2.5PI (with Superflex polyurethane), I put all the shims back and then checked the alignment with Dunlop optical equipment, (Borrowed from a friend)
