I would suggest a very slow heavy drag with small sharp teeth, like block sanding. To much speed is like trying to remove bumps using a lathe without a toolholder. Jack

Actually, the soft spots that I saw were dry, just not bonding. These were not on the course...all the course that I saw was hard. It just had high and low spots. It made for interesting travel. Tom
