There's one solution I haven't heard proposed that might help. If you tried the extractor in the center of the stud and if their is still some room between the circle of the broken extractor and the

This worked for me in several occasions, one on a broken tranny bolt on my land rover and the other on a sheared motor mount bolt on a cortina. Use a hardened punch to make large "dimples" at 12,3,6,
