This is a tough question to answer because it depends on so many factors (e.g., spring stiffness) and a lot of subjectivity. I think for any kind of performance driving you want approximately 50/50

Tigers are prone to oversteer. The Roger Kraus web site has a table that shows possible corrections to oversteer. I recommend reading that table (at a minimum) before making suspension modifications

You can avoid breaking the top stud of a shock by using a nut splitter on the top nut. Nuts are cheap, shocks are not.
