One of the best things I did was install an 8000# floor hoist in the shop. I found it used for $800. with all the controls. It allows me to service my street vehicles. Change oil, rotate tires, etc

If you paint your concrete floor a light color it will make your shop brighter. It also makes it much easier to spot the sockets & small bolts that get dropped on the ground and roll away. :) Look a
