David et al, This evening I tried 3M Contact Trim Adhesive to glue the sill covers on. I followed the instructions (on the can-no instructions came with the Moss sill covers either) AND weighted the

Adhesive" It You can also frequently find this adhesive (it comes in a spray can) at the big parts stores. If you don't have any luck, I believe you can buy direct from 3M's web site.
