If you mean the front metal piece of the frame that is clamped down on the top of the windshield (or is it windscreen), my MKIA has the original frame (and until 4 year ago the original top) and its

They were all grey. Rustoleum Navy grey was a good match. Have it sandblasted first. Use stainless pop rivets to put front bow windlacing back on after paint. I still have 2 soft top frames for sale.
