Yes the dash cover glues on top of the old dash. They really do look so if your dash is only cracked on the top, this is a real good option. ...Art

My car has the "pad" and yes, its basically a molded piece of plastic = with adhesive on the back. It looks a lot better than what's underneath, = but it won't win any awards like that. Then again,
