I coulda swore that someone on this list posted a while back about the click-type torque wrenches. This guy said that they needed to be re-calibrated by a factory every year or so. I believe it too.

Whoa...be kind now. specs, 2 problems that contributed to it the event: - Torque wrench didn't release (click) like it was supposed to...got rid of that one. - Bolt was one of the original ones...so

I have both 3/8" drive (0-450 in*lbs) and 1/2" drive (0-150 ft*lbs) "click" style torque wrenches. The only problem I've ever had is when I tried to use the larger wrench at the low end of the scale,
