I have a Mazda 323 half-size spare which fits. I haven't plugged the tire specs in to see how close it is to my slightly non-spec regular tires, but eyeballing it, it seems close. A big list o' cars

GM has or had, space savers that were full sized wheels with collapsed down tire that had an inflator. I changed one for a girl in college once, being the gearhead of the house, I'd get those calls.
