If the ACCEL wires are the ones with the huge red spark plug boots then I agree with you. I found that the large boot for #1 plug would get knocked loose very often. It apparently hit the fenderwell

Darn near all plug wires work good when you put them on. the problems usually come along when you remove them. After being on the plug for a while they have pretty well glued themselves in place and

New plug wires were the ticket....although as with everything on the Tigger, required some modification. Glad several pointed out page 71 of the shop manual as well!! As Doug noted, used plenty of Di

What do you think about Spark Plug Wire Sets. My personal opinion is: moderate to hi-end priced pre-made work JUST FINE. The reason I ask is that the PO installed ACCEL spark plug wires.....I suppose

I bought the higher end Accel 8.8 Silicone Wires, with the Spiracore metal center and radio suppression. Cost a lot. These came pre-made for the Ford V-8, but they didn't label which went where. Bot

Well, I wouldn't expect a Mallory to buy anything less than what his dad made, but the Accel Spiracores are good too. Steve -- Steve Laifman < One first kiss, > B9472289 < one first love, and > < on
