You might want to explore putting the speakers into the map pockets forward of the doors. I designed a system that puts the thinnest speakers from Pioneer in them and they work great. My installatio

I'm sorry I don't recall the catalog (probably V/B or Special Interest), but I recently saw a unit that addressed the crimped-speaker-wire-in-door-jamb problem. It was two units - each a plastic bloc

Matt, V/B sells those wireless connectors. Maybe it's only because I'm an OF, but won't opening the door with the radio on and breaking the speaker circuit, damage the radio? Craig Brallier 75 B 76 B
