- I think it's worth it... It won't keep you from crawling under your TR for an oil change but it will make the job a bit less messy. Also, as I understand it, spin on filters do the job a tad bit bet

- I paint my Fram's as well.......'HAMMERITE' has a nice 'Hammered Deep Green' that matches nicely.......Lowe's?......buy 3-4 filters at a time on sale.....paint'em all at once.......if you can't find
